Exchange Policy
You must read the Cancellation/Return/Exchange policy of the StakeDeals before you purchase an item.
StakeDeals offer exchange policy for most of the products and some products exchange policies may vary. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. The correct item must be returned to receive an exchange.
StakeDeals cannot guarantee your item will be exchanged, for exchanging an item, you must return the original item to StakeDeals including having a video of unboxing the product and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to StakeDeals.
Not all Store items are eligible for exchange. In this case, you will need to return the item at your own expense. We recommend you return the item(s) using a trackable method at the carrier of your choice.
Exchanges for items purchased from StakeDeals that provided a Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to be scheduled by the StakeDeals.
If an item have missing parts or damaged through customer misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
For details on what types of items can be exchanged, this policy refers to color and size exchanges only. StakeDeals doesn’t price match. If the item you’re exchanging costs less than your original purchase, StakeDeals will refund you the difference. If the new item costs more, StakeDeals will charge you for the difference in price (or as per StakeDeals policy).
